Precautions for using torque multiplier

1. Please pay attention to the torque value of the matched torque wrench and do not overload it.

2. Try to keep the drive head of the torque wrench, torque multiplier, and locked object aligned along the same axis as much as possible.

3. Try to maintain reliable plane contact between the reaction arm and the object being resisted.

4. Try to maintain the reaction force at right angles to the reaction arm.

5. The reaction point should be as far away from the torque multiplier as possible and within the safety triangle area.

6. For safety reasons, the use of double arms or balanced reaction arms is not allowed.

7. To remove the multiplier, first remove the torque wrench and toggle the rebound device, and avoid knocking.

Maintenance of torque multiplier

1. Regularly replace the internal lubricating oil of the torque multiplier every year, and do not damage the appearance of the multiplier.

2. Regarding the anti rebound safety device of the torque multiplier, during the construction of the locking nut, a high magnification gearbox (1:25 or higher) will generate a certain amount of rebound force. However, when the input device is released (or loosened) each time, a rebound action will occur, and the rebound direction is opposite to the operating direction.

The function of the rebound safety device is: when the rebound force is generated, the rebound ratchet device will maintain the elasticity without releasing. Attention: Before the construction of the locking nut, it is necessary to confirm that the rebound safety device is compatible with the direction of the nut locking operation.
