Torque multiplier | Precautions for use

Based on our experience, the precautions for using torque multipliers mainly include the following aspects:

1、 Please pay attention to the torque value of the matched torque wrench and do not overload it.

2、 Try to keep the torque wrench drive head, multiplier, and locked object aligned on the same axis as much as possible.

3、 Try to maintain reliable plane contact between the reaction arm and the object being resisted.

4、 Try to maintain the reaction force at right angles to the reaction arm.

5、 The reaction point should be as far away from the multiplier as possible and within the safety triangle area.

6、 For safety reasons, the use of double arms or balanced reaction arms is not allowed.

7、 To remove the multiplier, first remove the torque wrench and toggle the rebound device, and avoid knocking.
